These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the rules for accessing and using the services offered by Spirenet Telecom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Spirenet Telecom provides cloud-based communication and connectivity solutions, including voice services, messaging, numbering resources, routing, IP transit, and related infrastructure.
We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Obligations
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete account information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Ensure all users associated with your account comply with these Terms and applicable laws
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Billing and Payment Terms
Charges are applied based on agreed pricing plans or actual service usage.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made in advance.
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
All applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Telecom & Messaging Compliance
You must comply with all relevant telecommunications laws and industry regulations, including:

Voice Services: No involvement in fraudulent calling, robocalls, spoofing, toll bypass, or illegal traffic routing

SMS/MMS & 10DLC: Compliance with campaign registration, proper sender identification, user consent, opt-out mechanisms, and content standards

Numbering Services: Use of DIDs and toll-free numbers must be lawful, with accurate business representation and adherence to regional numbering rules
Spirenet Telecom reserves the right to restrict or suspend services to maintain compliance and protect network integrity.
5. Acceptable Use
All use of services must align with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
6. Service Availability
Services are provided on a best-effort, commercially reasonable basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, systems, platforms, and related content remain the exclusive property of Spirenet Telecom or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirenet Telecom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the previous twelve (12) months.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Violation of these Terms or AUP

Non-payment or billing issues

Regulatory or compliance risks
-
Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, access to services may be immediately revoked.
10. Governing Framework
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial practices and telecommunications standards, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
By using Spirenet Telecom services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
